Returning an Item

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for health and hygiene reasons. This allows us to guarantee that the toys you buy from us have never left our store, providing safety and peace of mind for all our customers. Once items have left our warehouse, they are considered used and thus cannot be returned.

Defective Items

If an item is found to be defective within 15 days of purchase we will, at our discretion, exchange it with the identical item or issue a refund in the event that the original product is unavailable (please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable).

Please contact us to let us know of the issue. A customer service representative will send you the appropriate requirements and guidelines which may vary according to the type of product purchased.

If required we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and provide instructions on getting the product back to us. We will not accept any items returned as defective without a RMA number. This covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover personal preferences, damage caused by misuse, loss, abuse or negligent handling. It also does not apply to any item that has been subject to tampering.

When contacting us about a defect, please provide the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • Your name.
  • The nature of the defect.
  • A picture of the defective product.

Once we have received the defective item (shipping it back is your responsibility) and verified the defect, we will either ship a new replacement to you free of charge or issue a refund which will be credited on the method of payment used for your purchase.

Conditions

Please comply with the following eligibility requirements:

  • Contact Dick n' Jane's within 15 days of receiving your product.
  • A product must be proven to be defective due to an error in manufacturing, and not because of damage caused to the product after its delivery.
  • A product must be returned with all components, including: all pieces of a toy that disassembles; all components of packaging, including instructions, and manufacturer's warranty information; chargers, cables, and accessories; all pieces of a kit, even in the event that only one item in the kit is defective.
  • Products without mechanical or electronic parts, such as lingerie/apparel, lubricant, cleaners, body products, masturbation sleeves, dildos, butt plugs, non-vibrating cock rings/cages, and BDSM gear, are not eligible for replacement.

A product that is designed to come in contact with the genitals or bodily fluid must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to its return. A product that has not been cleaned will be rejected for defective replacement eligibility.

Warranties

If in the circumstance that an item becomes defective after 15 days of purchase, many items do come with longer manufacturer's warranties. When your new toy arrives be sure to read any included documentation and save your receipts so you can take advantage of manufacturer's warranties.

To take advantage of these warranties please contact the manufacturer directly. Some manufacturer's require you to register the product in order for the warranty to be valid. If required, this will typically be noted on the included documentation.
